We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- 10% restocking fee will be applied to all online order.
- $9.50 flat return shipping fee will be applied to all return orders.
- Ordering multiple pairs/sizes with the intent to return the ones you don't want is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The Women's Offtrail TR GORE-TEX® are adventure-ready shoes built to excel in technical off-trail environments, so you can go further, faster. They feature waterproof membranes, protective toe caps, high-rebound midsoles for on-trail cushioning and SURFACE CTRL™ rubber outsoles with 5 mm lugs for exceptional grip on varied terrain. Our waterproof footwear incorporates a variety of advanced waterproofing materials, treatments, and processes. To help keep feet dry, we use internal waterproof membranes and/or adhesive and seam-seal constructions.
