We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- 10% restocking fee will be applied to all online order.

This CARIBOU™-inspired wedge features the same D-ring hardware as the original CARIBOU™ Boot for a heritage-inspired twist to an otherwise classic silhouette. Other features of the Women's JOANIE™ IV Ankle Strap Wedge include:
- UPPER: Available with croc forefoot strap & suede ankle strap. Also available with metallic forefoot strap and full grain leather ankle straps. Ankle straps are velcro for maximum adjustability.
- FOOTBED: EVA foam with synthetic topcover.
- MIDSOLE: Natural welt construction with stitch detail. Textured synthetic wrapped midsole.
- OUTSOLE: Rubber outsole.
- HEEL HEIGHT: 3 in.
